To sign up for THE GAME LOOP MEMBERSHIP, you must be 18 years or older. THE GAME LOOP reserves the right to reject submissions deemed to be in violation of this rental policy, or any incomplete or illegal submissions. THE GAME LOOP reserves the right to change this rental policy at any time, without notice.


Your monthly subscription will renew on the day of your first game’s delivery date each month. For example, if you sign up at THE GAME LOOP on January 1st and your game is delivered to you on the 3rd of January with clearance of your first month charges, you will be billed on February 3rd for your second month of services unless you cancel. The following month, you will be billed on March 3rd, and so on. Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. You are required to pay your monthly rental via easy paisa, bank transfer or via our rider within 3 working days of your due date. IN CASE OF FAILURE TO PAY YOUR DUES IN TIME YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED AND YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND JOINING FEE WILL BE ANNULLED.


You can cancel or pause your rental membership by inboxing us on our Facebook page YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE END OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to you and your account will be cancelled or paused immediately. ONLY ACCOUNTS IN GOOD STANDING CAN BE CLOSED. IF ANY PAYMENTS ARE DUE, THEY MUST DEDUCTED BY THE GAME LOOP BEFORE AN ACCOUNT CAN BE CANCELLED. After settlement of dues, if any, your security deposit will be returned to you within 5 working days.


THE GAME LOOP will not issue refunds or credits for any unused portion of the rental service. If you feel that we have billed you in error, please contact us via our Facebook page.


Once THE GAME LOOP sends a game disk to you, it is your full responsibility to return it to us in the same condition and packaging. If the game disk cannot be returned to us or is damaged, THE GAME LOOP reserves itself the right to charge the replacement cost of the game from your security deposit. If you ever receive a damaged game, please contact us before signing the receipt with the rider.
